From the initial idea to the finished home, we bring the design and building process together to create a seamless experience and a home that feels genuinely yours.
01. Consultation & Concept
We start by understanding your vision, lifestyle, needs and budget. From there, we develop the overall design, including layouts, materials, finishes, cabinetry, lighting and the finer details — always considering the practical requirements of the build.
02. Design & Planning
Once the concept is established, we develop the design in detail and prepare the drawings, specifications and selections. At the same time, the construction side can begin working through preliminary planning, scheduling and other requirements for the project.
03. Building & Construction
With the design resolved, construction gets underway. We coordinate the build, trades, materials and design details throughout the project, allowing the design and construction process to work together as the home takes shape.
04. The Finished Home
Once construction is complete, the final details come together to create a home that feels cohesive and well considered. The design, finishes and construction all work together to deliver a finished space that looks great, functions well and feels right for your everyday life.
